I've heard the song years ago on an old cracked rom. I've been searching for it all over the internet, but I've had no luck. Apparently, the artist's name is maktone, but that still didn't help my search. Here's the intro with the song in it:

My guess is that it is a Protracker module, so this should narrow down your search a bit.
