Greetings and salutations all - It's TheFly from Reel FX Creative Studios again.

GameStop is back and has yet another scenario for our poor, drunk, and poor Bunny friend, Buck to deal with.

This time Buck is trying to make his way to a black Wii controller - he comes to a ninja with a white belt - one whack and done.  He proceeds to the second guy who is a purple belt - two whacks and done - then to the black belt ninja - he tries a triple combo but nothing - ninja tears him up.  Moral of the story - can't beat a black belt ... product tie in - black Wii stuff.  Same 8 bit environment ...

The direction is simple but fun ... think 80's karate games on Nintendo or Super Nintendo.
Here is a reference to one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=szyHH_ywWI8
This is pretty open to interpretation - the setting is in Japan ... he is in kung fu fights - pay attention to the the music in the reference as the guy is walking (may need to turn up your speakers)

I will need all your music ideas back by 5 CST Monday, April 26th.

Payment and licensing terms will be the same as previous work.  1 year buyout for TV, Radio and Web - $500.  As two artists found out, if we re-new or re-vamp the spot and re-air it then you get paid each time.

Anyways, I do hope you have a great weekend and I will talk to you all on Monday!

Thanks

would you prefer somthing as fast as that kung fu track? or would something a bit slower be ideal? would multiple entries be ok? or just one per person/group?

You are welcome to submit more than one track ... with that being said, please do not submit everything you have ever written ... smile  If you have a few that you think could work, send them over.  As far as the pacing - nothing too slow - just moving at a nice pace - perhaps picking up as he moves along.  I don't want to say too much because I don't want to sway your creative to a certain direction.  This is pretty open at this point.

Thanks

Whoa man, don't spill the secret.  Remember, that's called g# minor, not "all black keys!"

This track has an intro section similar to the Kung Fu level music. Plus it was actually inspired by kung fu!:

I can edit it down as required, if you're interested.

I've been performing in a musical this weekend and the only free time I've had is back stage.  It births weird ideas I guess.

First of a couple I'm doing exclusively for this.  It just starts looping when the fade out starts.  The actual loop clocks in at 31 seconds.  Hope you guys like it.

Close to the original, a built up part, easy to cut and rearrange
