Would it be possible to put a video on a cartridge? Like just make a demo with some audio and just have it run. I don't know about coding so...

it would take a lot of programming, i mean it's possible i think. There was like a terminator cart with audio and video i think, it may have just had video though. Nitro2k01's going to be the best one to give advice, seeing as he can do things with DMGs that normal humans can't

These guys pulled it off.
It might be easier to do with a nintendo ds rom and flashcartridge (Any mobiclip video codec substitutes in the nds homebrew scene?).
It depends on the extent of what you want to do, and how much trouble you're willing to go through for it.
