Well... just an idea but.... Seeing as they are your own songs, you probably remember the chords and all that (i hope!) 
And since you want a chiptune remix, it's pretty safe to assume there won't be a lot of straight-up sampling done from stems and loops and whatnot. You could just write down the chords in a text file, maybe record a little riff or two to serve as basic guide, and let people run with this. When the song's done, you just record new vocals on top, send those to the artist and let him work it out.

Thats a great idea noobstar, i will get my recording stuff back in a couple weeks and start laying something down. If any one is interested in a particular song let me know
