About "Final Quest M01"
Are you a fan of those old good RPG songs? Do you own KORG M01 or M01D?
Come join us to complete this soundtrack of the "imaginary" RPG game "Final Quest M01!!"
Currently we have 25 songs on Bandcamp including ones from oversea artists.
It is free to download the album or individual songs.

I think some of the mystic pieces of music are still missing somewhere in the lost worlds.
There are places we haven't visited yet. There are people we haven't met.
Where is the town of mages? etcetc..

Could you help us with the mission to find them?
For more info, take a look at this website.

I hope you will enjoy Final Quest M01.

Yeah, check it out, 25 songs of oldschool RPG-ness . Very cool.  So many good tracks on here.  I contributed one song, "Gloom Keep"!

If you have Korg M01D and are liking the idea, totally submit your own track.  The more the better, exploring this cool idea big_smile

Thanks a lot. I am so happy that I have a lot of people in my project.
It's so cool to have artists from outside Japan. M01D is worldwide.
More people, more ideas, more songs, more fun.

Your song is amazing, Matecha.
I love the atmosphere of the song. Its mysterious feeling is awesome
The first part is moody, and makes me bit nervous in the good way,
and that means the song is powerful.
I think "Gloom Keep" is pretty, and well-composed!

Cheers,

CardiacTrance

I had a flashback to my days where I could spend hours to oldschoolRPG's until they were done. I had the idea of making a soundtrack for an rpg with KorgM01d for a friend who is making a classic rpg for fun. with this I'm seiously considering getting the 3ds app soon.

Oh My, Matecha, I'm sorry that I was not making any sense few hours ago.
I was very drunk, having a release party alone at home, drinking. o_0
I was about to pass out when I was writing.

I edited the post and this is what I really wanted to say. My bad.

A flashback? Really? Cool! That is awesome.
I also had exactly the same flashbacks, every time when I received songs from the artists,
and when I was going through songs to decide the song order.

Yeah you totally should get it. M01D got a lot of sounds that is useful to make
classic RPGish songs, and it's not expensive if you already have a 3DS.

For everybody considering getting M01D.

What is it?
It's a music making app for 3DS, based on KORG M1
Music Workstation / Synthesizer from 1988.

Where can I get it?
You can download it from 3DS e-shop.

How much is it?
Don't know right now, and it is different from country to country.
Mine was something like $30(USD).
