So I downloaded the tracker to test it out but it won't launch. I've tried deleting and unpacking the zip again but still nothing. I tried moving it to applications folder and it still won't work. Any idea on how to get it working?
Thanks!

try running it from terminal to see if it spits an error? Did you do the workaround to run unsigned binaries?

How would I go about doing both?

The error is as follows:
"LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed for the application /Users/metatronaut/Desktop/lgpt_OSX/LittleGPTracker.app with error -10810."
Looks like a java issue, do you have the latest Java Virtual Machine installed?

I found a workaround here you might want to try if that doesnt help

I will try it when I get on my Macbook later today. (@ school atm)
Did the workaround and the JVM installation and neither worked.
weird.. works fine on my 10.9.5... maybe try upgrading?
I'll do that. I'll let you know how it goes!
Possibly it's also the stable version is borked and you should try the ghetto. If this still doesn't work, post the log file.
Yeah I've had the same problems. The ghetto build always works for me.
