Mega Memory Card credit screen

So I have a Mega Memory Card (this kind) and a while ago I came across a credit screen by accident.
I didn't have a camera so I just wrote down the text instead:

The problem is I have no clue how I got to it.
Basically it showed up the first time I tried to use it on a bootleg Pokémon Red but never did again.

I dunno I figured this might be interesting to somebody.
