Nice! I did the Robo Hero OST (my first one) completely on an iPod touch. There are some legit tools out there.

Yup, iPhone audio out plugged directly into a Pacifica (actually a pair of P-1s but same difference).
The only post work was a few fades, like the fade from tracks 1 -> 2 for example
