Are there any Konami SCC Trackers out there, for Windows? I'm trying to find new soundfont to create better music. Please help. Thank you.

If you can get an emulator, like openMSX or blueMSX, running you might want to try out Trilo Tracker. It's still under active development, is widely discussed on the MSX.org forums and there's plenty examples up on YouTube.
