A S would fit quite nicely, plenty of room left over.
Pro tip - I got a load of BRK t-shirts for blip 09, (got equal amounts of S-XXL) and at the end I only had a few XL/XXL left - fuck the fat bastards, get a very low amount of XL-XXL!
I prefer an XL, but alot of tighter shirts are such that an XXL is going to be more comfortable. I do like very loose fitting shirts, honestly.
Pro-tip for DIY shirt-makers:
Make sure the one you pick out is an ADULT size. I have 3 children's smalls, 2 mediums and 5 larges.
I even ended up with a few fitted shirts.
I can not stress it enough, I fucked myself out of a good +$25 on sizes that's belly shirt material.
I won't hijack your thread, I promise.

If you have kids sized ovenrake shirts then you should sell them for kids. I'm sure there are some chiptune-lovin' dads who'd get some for their kids to wear.
