Doesn't currently support NTSC. (I think) Among the various features can use up to 8 effects per line.

I had a quick look at it recently, it seemed even more cryptic than the average SID tool. But I gather there's some rather advanced live impro stuff in there, so it might well be worth spending some time with it.
