Iam working on a nice C64 setup ATM and wanna have your opinions on what diskdrive you recommend?
The old one is too big for my apartment.
I got the Old Commodore 4 model btw

I think these are all the options currently available: MMC2IEC,uIEC,SD2IEC,1541 Ultimate,1541-III
(The SD2IEC and the uIEC are almost the same)
The best one is the 1541U, because it really emulates the 1541 drive, but it is also the most expensive one.
I'm using a SD2IEC myself. It works like a charm!
It doesn't have as much functions as the 1541U, but it's perfect for me. (But I don't have any experience with the other products)

It's affordable and very easy to use!

I just noticed that they now have a new improved model. I bought their INFINITY interface, which is totally great, but the new one looks even better, though it's a bit pricier as well.

The Kerberos is what I use. It can emulate two floppies on top of all it's other features.

Wow, really some great stuff!
For now I think SD2IEC would fit me perfect for my needs.
I just wanna run one program on the c64 without having a big beast as a disk drive and lots of floppies

Yeah, yeah... that's what they all say! Once you have that SD interface, you'll be loading everything you can get your hands on onto it
