A long shot, but...
In 2010, I remember using a browser-based tracker... I don't think anything stood out about it in particular besides the fact that it was browser-based. The interface was very standard tracker fare. It offered little features. There was a list sample songs in a right-hand column that were (re-?)created in the tracker, some of which were by coda. It was possible to save one's work through copying a long URL.
I personally doubt it's still up online. I'm not sure how popular it got. But still, I'm curious if anyone here would know.
