What's the software support going to be like for this? It sounds like just pure tones in the video, sticking frame-based instruments and Viznut's waveforms in there shouldn't be much work and it'd sound a lot more contemporary.
I'm pretty sure Viznut waveforms are implemented or at least planned. There's talk and a bit of documentation here:

Beyond that, I couldn't answer as I haven't seen Schema in a few months. I'll find a way to poke him with a stick and see if he doesn't report back here.

Yep, the code is on GitHub and it is just simple tones for now. I'd love it if someone were to take the code and add all the fancy features like extra waveforms.
