username/password should be emailed to you by the man himself. That's how it's worked the last two times I've bought it at least. Although the first time my email-client's spam-filter gobbled it up so I mailed him and he forwarded his own mail to me 
Suggest you email him about it if the mail doesn't get to you at all. although it might take a few days.
