Why do I have the feelings that
1: someone will prosound mod this thing
2: that it will sound more like an emulator than real Gameboy hardware.
Guess it would make backlighting alot easier though.

Thats's a shame. But my understanding is that the GB Boy Colour has a nice backlight, good colours, but stretched screen and crappy audio. This might be similar?

The audio is not crappy.
There is less hum and the volume is higher than on a GB.
But the P command sound very different.
