i suspect Oliver made less than 100, possibly 50. they were a pretty small run in 2005 or 2006 iirc

I believe the demo is just like oliver's original cart rom, except you can't save? Anyway that catskull 10 bucks cart is a great option for having different game boy programs.

Exactly there is no limitations in the demo rom except for saving.
You can find different versions of the rom, with some of them I add a lot of trouble to setup the sync.
