Very OT, but I know there are a few people here interested in selfmade gadgets and visual awesome:
The physics behind the effect are ridiculously simple, but it's looking absolutely fantastic.

My mind instantly combined it with little-scale's Triton. The combination would probably result in the most esoteric instrument ever.
