For logo I have no idea anything thats not like comic sans or typical 8bit crap.
For shirt design, something EPIC AND AWESOME, like a T-Rex doing a handplant and it says SIEVERT on his skateboard (thats actually a pretty good one somebody make that happen) or like a Velociraptor jumping out of an exploding helicopter. Bonus points if there are lazers and/or dinosaurs involved.

I have answered the call! It's not totally finished yet, still needs a big obnoxious "SIEVERT!" on there somewhere, a DMG for the raptor's claws, and maybe a giant laser causing the explosion, but all that can be added easily enough.
This sketch of tristendo should become a badge or a button.
And TRex doing handplants on skateboard is fucking awesome.
Now do one where the T-rex has a huge boner and is eating the space-ship.
