My only guess is perhaps PayPal issues a warning when purchasing from another country. I've never purchased outside my own, and I didn't get a warning when buying L-Tron.
This must be some new form of marketing I'm unaware of. Shame your customer base into buying your product then when they have issues during purchse just tell them there is no problem! Nicely done.
