Personally I'm not too excited about AdLib, but I thought someone might find this useful.
Seems like the list contains some non-AdLib trackers as well, complete with screenshots.

OPL3 is my favourite 8/16-bit sound 'chip'. I lurve me some FM.
Haven't tried any of the others, but AdlibTracker 2 =
