Hi Ant,
only one thing -
in "YM 2203" section there should be "Turbo-Sound FM".
Turbo-Sound is something different.
By the way, I've just bought the card. Works fine, although I didn't tested any editors yet (if there are any native).
Unlike the emulators, it generates some pretty loud "click" on the beginning of every played song. (Or maybe it's on emulators too?)
Ah well, it's always possible to delete the click after recording.
Greetings.

oh, thanks! I didn't know the turbo-sound and the turbo-sound FM were different. thank you for correcting. i changed it now i also don't know of any native editors
Well, TS has only regular AY sound (x2) and TSFM has AY sound x2 + FM Yamaha sound x2.
Here is the site dedicated to the problem:

Y8950 is basically OPL1+ADPCM in one chip.
YM2610 is 4 channels of FM, although you specified in notes that it is 6 channels. However, there is YM2610B (just one letter added), which actually has 6 channels of FM. SNK Neo Geo uses YM2610 without B.

thanks shiru, the 6 channels is just a mistake from copy-pasting from another chip i'll fix, thank you
akira^8gb, i did see that one but it;s harder (for me) to make comparisons between chips on such things as channel counts... actually i just find it harder to read in general,. (and why should i care about non-fm chips, tehehehe) it's a nice thing to have though
Sure, I thought I'd share it case it had some extra info!
