so i have a djing gig coming up and i wanted to do a 8bit vs punk rock set. I don't have a ton of 8bit on vinyl so i was taking suggestions on software/ hardware ways to mix vinyl and mp3s

this is probably the best suggestion. get an external cable, plug it into your laptop and play stuff thru there along with a turntable with vinyl so you can mix. if you're looking to scratch and manipulate like vinyl for 8bit, do what akira says and get a serato.
