Consider this my major contribution to this site.
Some might doubt the efficacy of kicking trash in the service of... well... of KICKING SOME FUCKING TRASH. But I'd like to say, it has worked for me. In the immortal words of one Joshua Davis, "Because shit isn't going to kick itself over."

Philly
Wroclaw (not sure if it actually was overturned. Anyone remember?)

I have witnessed two accounts of trash can assault in NY and Philly.

No homeless trash-pickers were harmed during the kicking of this trash.

However, the police did step in once during an assault in Philly.
