I have a ledx3 and it works nice in daylight, but even better in the dark.
Why didn't anyone move it to the right section section yet?
you can invert the theme colors within newer versions LSDJ, (or hack the rom like nitro posted a while ago). and put a not inverted polarizing film. the kitsch backlights work really great in all lights; on direct sun i just can't see the backlight color but the screen keeps reflecting the light, not as much has the unmodified gameboy but is pretty good.
i guess there's no need on using the inverted film if you can change it in the software.
or try inverted film+inverted theme, something like "hybrid biverted" maybe work nice.
I used to track with the "hacked" LSDJ inverted rom, it was better without the backlight, dunno now.
But since the newest versions of LSDJ has that option, is stupid to do this.
