Windows 7 doesn't seem to like me plugging in my LSDJ USB cart, and it looks like the USB Cart Programmer won't recognize it. Has anyone else had issues with this? I'm running v. 3.0 of the USB Cart Programmer.

What brand cart? If smart card then follow the instructions on the software cd that came with it. You need to sign and install drivers.
