Hello, I'm trying to create a .gb rom, but i have no experience, so I'm asking for help from a fellow programmer =] ive looked into gbdk and i feel like im in over my head, so it would be pretty cool if i can get some help from a fellow programmer to help me. what i want to do is VERY basic =]

I need a ROM that lets me display a full-screen(160x144pixel) static image and can also be easily edited using YY-CHR.
Or advice on how to compile a GB ROM that can display a full-screen static image.

the gb c compiler is pretty easy, you could pick it up in a week i bet

I've been trying but I can't wrap my head around GBDK.
I say EASILY because most ROMs are impossible or very difficult to modify every pixel with YY-CHR.
I love modifying ROMs.
And whats wrong with offering a free service?
