Not sure if this is the right forum for this but...
Faceball 2000 - 1991 FPS for Game Boy, apparently capable of supporting 16 players simultaneously. As far as I know, this gaming feat has never been achieved (I'm aware of one brave effort and a few early fails). Given the range of Game Boy devices and accessories many chip people have, I thought Ultrachip 2011 could be a good forum for attempting the WORLD'S FIRST (probably) 16 player game of Faceball 2000.
So anybody who's planning on attending and wants in on this, please bring as much of the following as possible with you:
Copies of Faceball 2000 (or GB carts with the ROM flashed to it)
Game Boys (DMG, GBC or GBA for lead compatibility purposes)
As many link leads as you have
As many 4 player adaptors as you have
The attempt would take place on the afternoon of day 2 (Saturday 20th August) at The Forest. There'll be other gaming related things happening, so seems like an appropriate time & venue.
How do people feel about this? Thoughts?
