If anyone's got a circuit bent NES for visuals and wants to get rid of it, I am in need of this.  Also, if you have any software, hardware, anything for visuals that you'd like to sell or just inform me of, I'm looking for anything.

Might be handy to add information like what you are prepared to pay for the NES and your general location. A good way to get started with NES stuff would be a non circuit bent NES and a Powepak with some of NOCARRIERs software or Litewall. That should get you started for about 150 USD or so.

Asking for a circuit bent nes to do visuals with is kind of silly. considering there's not really "right way" to do a circuit bend, the best thing to do is a get a fine nes for $10 and bend it yourself. Using someone else's bends to do visuals with is kind of cheating...

if you mail me an NES, i'll circuit bend it for 20 bucks plus the cost of parts (pretty cheap).

i disagree. someone can definitely make interesting and creative use out of bent gear without having done the bending themselves

that's true, but really only as long as it's being used along with something else. I don't know I'm grumpy.
