The "delay function" would work well for drum rolls.
you mean the one that gives de attack + delayed note?. I'll try that. For now I just use that to get groovy triplets.
there is the double triggered delay notes so it plays the same note slightly after the first trigger depending on what time you set.
this is on the hard pan screen.
You can make every other NOiZE note have about 25-35% volume that should give you that effect I usually do that and mess with the delay effect
