No, you haven't. Your last message is from 8th may. I sent you 5 messages since then.

Anyway, yeah, let's get this sorted.

.....and how about you send me the DMG that I payed for 4 MONTHS AGO?!

PS: Don't bother editing your old account ( @PianoGameboy ), I already took all the screenshots I need smile

I think the noise becomes more evident when you crank up the volume.. another thing I wonder, should I use a PISSbox to reduce noise.. after plugging the gbasp in the pissbox, the sound becomes mono?! as in, no panning available after coming out of the pissbox?

I do own a gba sp, the 001 version unfortunately, but the light is good enough. I also own a GMB and imo it has better screen and sound, lots of noise in the gba sp. So to sum things up for future (personal) reference:

GBM: good screen, good audio, no sync options (apart for another GBM)
GBA SP: good screen, noisy audio, no headphone out (needs an adaptor)
DS Lite: Best screen and sound, no sync options whatsoever
GBA: Worst screen (unless modded), better availability, no internal battery (that's a "pro" AND a "con" really), easy to sync with whatevs

Looks like GBM it is, for me.. I'll probably get another one, the thought of investing £££ on 2 backlit GBAs is just not feasible atm neutral

personal taste aside, is there any specific reason why your rates are so different?

My main concern is the option to sync with another GB running a NL 2.x cart (LSDj/NL 1.x would be a plus), good sound/screen are always welcome, whereas button layout and charger/batteries are the things I don't care about

I am currently using a gameboy micro, but the screen is quite small.. like, very small big_smile I wouldn't know about the sound as I couldn't try other models myself, but according to the aforementioned website, it's not great in terms of background noise. I would personally go with 2 backlit GBA, if I could afford them.. is there any other way I can sync ds lite, or is it just not possible at all?

..and also, explain the NL1.x/LSDJ -> NL2.x sync thingy please big_smile is there an adapter I can use to sync a micro and a DMG using a GBA link cable?

I have been reading around and it looks like the ds lite has the best sound/screen, but can I sync 2 of them without arduinoboys/pc?

Is there any other GB models you'd recommend for NL 2.x in terms of sound/sync/whatevs?

I have a NL 2.5 cartridge (got it from a guy in here a few years back) and I'm studying the pdf manual that I downloaded from nl website, however I cannot save any patterns in the file menu, and some of the commands in the manual do not correspond to what happens when I try them in NL (for example, B + "down" does not save the current pattern to selected slot, and neither does A + "down" for all channels at once). I'm not sure whether I can update the cart as it has a shell and shows no visible mini-usb ports.

Also, I noticed that instead of the S channel, the name of the channel is C. The purpose and function is the same I guess (I checked and it's indeed polyphonic), but I thought I'd share this detail in case my version is different from the usual 2.5...? The manual says S channel, not C channel, and as I said some commands are different.

Am I doing something wrong?

Ah yes, I can definitely cope with national shipping costs big_smile
btw, is it the same joe bleeps that played at loading bar a few weeks ago?

Hello good people smile

Am looking for someone in the London area that could mod one (but it could be 2) Gameboy advance with an AGS-101 screen. I am more than happy to pay for components, parts, labor, booze, bacon.

Hit me up with a PM big_smile

I cant believe its thursday and some of us still dont know about our order. We all have busy lifes but how many seconds does it take to send a tracking number? 28? Whats that for 20 orders, 10 minutes?

Jeez.

Mate, I got my tracking number 9 days ago, but when I check I still get "Your package has not yet been handed over to La Poste by the sender".. PM'd the guy a few days ago, he saw the message, didn't reply tongue

...aaaand I forgot to post pictures again big_smile

But yeah the issue has been identified thoroughly, unfortunately I don't have any games nor Nanoloop one to try whether this is just an LSDj issue.. anyway, thank you very much guys, I think I'll try what's been suggested and then will get back at you if I have other issues smile
