Anyone know if reproduction Pocket shells are still being made? I've seen them on eBay and sites like AliExpress, but can't seem to find any active sellers...

Topic: Anyone used NoiseES? Alternatives? (2 replies, posted in Software & Plug-ins)
I bought Shaun Inman's iOS app NoiseES [http://shauninman.com/noisees/] for listening to some of my favourite game soundtracks on the go, but some of them have weird playback issues... anyone know of or recommend any alternatives?
How do you listen to chiptune?

Hey all - I'm pretty new to modding, but the AGS-101 screen into a GBA is something I've sucessfully done.
I'm based in Newcastle, UK.

Selling my Drag N Derp cart - in perfect condition, £50.
Probably only worth it if you're in the UK because shipping outside the country would be pricey!
At £50 this is cheaper than getting it from any of the UK distributors, or paying to import from the US.

I really like the idea of this for playing games on my HDTV, but there's a couple of things about it that surprise me, given the amount of extra space this thing affords for mods:
No power supply socket - I know you could use a DMG-USB cable or an original mains adapter, but this seems like a missed opportunity
Mono sound through HDMI only? Why not stereo?

Since there wasn't any interest I've moved this over to an MGB, so it's no longer for sale.

I've just received and hooked up an el-dmg electroluminescent backlight from Kitsch-Bent and whilst it's great, it's not right for my project.
It's brand new, minus the protective film on the EL panel and the polarizing filter, and of course the hook up wires have been soldered (but will soon be unsoldered). £8 excl. postage.
I'm also happy to hook this up for you if you want - PM me to discuss.
Since I'm UK based, postage would probably be extortionate for a non-UK buyer.
Will post pics soon...

You're right of course. Will you post some pics of the wiring when you do it for real in the green GB?

Re: Mod - Recharge DMG through DC input? (15 replies, posted in Nintendo Handhelds)
Yeah, that makes total sense. My only reason for wanting to use the DC jack is that it's an existing hole in the case that isn't being used for anything else (in my case).
Interesting find about the 'on' LED. There's also a breakout on that board for low battery detection... Are you planning on making use of that in your setup?
