Ignoring the blatant copyright infringement, it should be extra illegal for how poorly these are arranged.

In no particular order: a 30-minute jazz combo cover of Herbie Hancock's "Chameleon," writing a 14:00 piece for chamber ensemble and Game Boy, and the chip album I am currently writing.

The best way to do this is to omit the fifth of the chord. In the case of a dominant seventh, it's not necessary to have a complete chord to obtain the intended aural effect. Here's a dominant seventh using a single C command, and then the full chord in a table for reference:
