Well let's put some tracks together..
I think with dubstep though there has to be some kind of instrument variation, rather than solely chip. I've heard lots of great chipstep tracks that are quite low-fi and pushing the hardware to the limits of dirt, but you gotta mix a little something extra in there to kick you in the balls when the drop ...erm....drops

Topic: FS: MidiNes, Electribe & Casio DG-20 (7 replies, posted in Trading Post)
Sad to sell these, but it's that time of year when you sell stuff you like in order to buy stuff that other people don't want.
First up, Wayfar-type MidiNes (clear)
£80 Will ship inside the UK, prefer not to ship overseas (for the moment anyway).
Bought (rather, received) it about 6 months ago. Used and tested. works fine.
Paypal (or cash on collection)
Next is the Korg Electribe EMX-1 (and manual)
£230 MASSIVE SAVING. (£410 at studiospares)
here's why. one of the small green LEDs is blown and the 'delete pattern' button needs a firmer press than the rest. Still all works fine and have had some great fun making music with it.
Paypal (or cash on collection)
Finally the Casio Midi Guitar DG-20,
£150 (buyer collect only)
Again, cheap due to an imperfection on the base/back, near the strap holder, which still works. comes with a gig bag and strings. Works via usb or midi. i've even played with the midines on it.
Anyway, thanks for looking, mail me thealexmay (at) gmail (dot) com!
