So Little Scale, wile we're on the subject, you got any time line for the a2600 interface. Know you got your hands full at the moment, but if its near term I got'a start saving my pennies! wink

Yeah, I'm very interested in a 2600 interface and for once it actually IS a nostalgia thing.  Atari is what I played all through my childhood (as in before my teens) and it still seems awesome and magical or something.  :')

Non-gushy part of the post:  I don't really know anything about the different models of Atari consoles.  Will this be a 2600-specific tool or will it work with 5200, 7800, etc?

Coming back to this with a couple relevant thoughts:

I've been noticing how often the phrase "the music on this site" is used in a dismissive or derogatory way.  I tend to do it too.

I want to suggest that rather than keeping a limited version of the current music section, just scrap it altogether and start over with a completely different and curated system.  Possibly even something as totalitarian as micromusic.net had (has?).

Let's have a fresh start and change what "the music on this site" means.

EDIT:  I volunteer to help curate.  I've got time.

Weird.

Roboctopus is correct.  Stick with "official" releases that are presented with pride and at least an attempt at professionalism from the artist or label and the ratio of silly crap to decent tracks will increase a lot.  Maybe to even something around 1 good to every 12 bad which to me is pretty impressive!

Fuck yeah.

Or maybe just a "disk space max" for each user so if you were uploading mods or sids you could have a lot but rendered tracks would use up your quota really fast.  Might encourage more source sharing?

Makes sense. The CMO shouldnt have to foot the bill for everybodys online music storage.  Theres plenty of other options availble now.

I've spliced a lan cable to my gameboy link cable and plugged it into the link port but still no success.  Would adding leds behind the speaker grill possibly solve this problem?

On pc and phone, either file not found or page not found.

YES!!! Ain't no party like a CHIPTUNE HOUSE PARTY HOLY FUCK 'cause a CHIPTUNE HOUSE PARTY HOLY FUCK don't stop!

Imma be there.
