Mario Adventure is technically a hack, but it plays like a whole new game, and it is fucking incredible.

Have you seen the video previews of Mario Adventure 3? It's so elaborate, it barely qualifies as a hack anymore. The guy's added so many gameplay features. I think it's supposed to be released this year, actually.
