Ah I see what you mean now.

Piece of Cake was actually one of my favorite songs to make, just because there isn't many Chip songs I know of that are similar to it.

I'll definitely keep this in mind when working on my new songs!

Thanks again =].

Thanks again!

As this is still my first real album and I've only recently started in the chiptune scene, any tips for improving, specifically?

Hey Jake!

Thanks a lot for the comment smile.

It took me quite some time these past few weeks to get everything 'polished' enough for this release.  I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it!

Hey Chip-fans!

My names KipJaw, (but really it's Frank), and today I'm releasing my first chiptune album!

Let's just get straight to the links:

I've been working on this album for about 3-4 months now and am beyond excited to finally be finished.  I recently worked with two different graphic designers to get the right feel for the artwork for my album and personally, I love it!  I ended up getting 300 CD's printed as well and was planning on selling them this first work for pretty cheap.  With shipping, it will probably be $7-10 for full color, 4-panel CD case with full color art on the CD.  This is a price point I really can't go lower on, otherwise I would be in debt from the cost of the license for the software, the graphic designers work and from the printing process itself.

For those interested in the production process, I used Renoise (with a purchased license key--support the devs!) with a myriad of VST's.  Tweakbench provides my all time favorite, Peach, which is a phenomenal and absolutely astounding tool for recreating chip sounds from that of the NES.

Anyhow, I hope you enjoy the tunes!

Cheers,
- KipJaw

p.s. Happy Halloween!
