Thanks for the answers up till now! I already knew Galaxy Wolf (because of some things he did with MONODEER), IAYD & Knife City. I will check out the others.

Since it is near to impossible to find any decent tunes across the interglobe; can someone recommend more artists like MONODEER & ᴢᴇɴ ᴀʟʙᴀᴛʀᴏss ? And I don't mean artists that have their name in ALL CAPZ

mod edit: edited title for clarity

No logging option, afaik.. Memory was also normal at the time of the crash. I tried a few other files yesterday and they worked fine. Maybe something in the specific .spc files...

I tried that but it keeps happening. In the above case it keeps happening with 39. With another .spc it happend after 34 (full batch and single .wav).

I try to extract the samples of DKC, DKC 2 and DKC 3 .spc files using BRRtools (http://www.romhacking.net/utilities/681/) using the following command line:

CMD wrote:

C:\Users\Me\Desktop>spc_decoder.exe -f 0 -l 99 CaveDwellerConcert.spc cavedwellerconcert

But, BRRtools crashes after a certain amount of samples (39 in the case above).

Am I doing something wrong?

Yes, please! There is a way to have a multi arch system but I never got it working properly. Just because of LGPT I'm running x86 (true story).

Well, my problem was that my soundcard had 2 hardware outputs (HDMI and the normal jack) and it always used the HDMI as default (to explain it in noobie terms). I had to switch the order of hw:0 with hw:1.

sudo mousepad /etc/modprobe.d//modprobe.conf

Mousepad is my texteditor; you may use nano, vi or gedit. Place the following in the modprobe.conf:

options snd-hda-intel id=Generic1 index=1

But I don´t know what your setup is or your problem.

I have it running with ALSA. Had to remove Pulse due to some issues with audio output.

Why do you want to use Windows 98? If it's about the system spec, you should check out Linux.

#!/bin/bash

cd [path to DEB/bin/]
./lgpt.deb-exe

Yes, that's it! Thanks!

try copying the config file int o the same folder as the shortcut or making a batch script that launches the bin and making a shortcut to that

That did not work. What DID work was putting the arguments behind the executable, like this:

lgpt_DEB/bin/lgpt.deb-exe -SCREENMULT=2 -BACKGROUND=025563 -FOREGROUND=02222D -HICOLOR1=FFFFFF -HICOLOR2=51555E

It's a work around, but will do for now! xD

When I make a shortcut (in Linux) to the executable and I start Piggy from that shortcut, it doesn open the config.xml. It does open when I start it directly from the bin foldder. Can I add something to the startup command to load the config file as well?

Ok without READING the manual big_smile

On the NDS you have Nitrotracker; give it two seconds and you can start rocking tunes!

I've tried SunVox ones; WAAAAAY to much option in there. Couldn get anything out of it.

Nice one! I need to start pigging up the piggy again; it's been a while since I got my PS Vita.

Sorry, double...
