Does anybody here know of a GB or GBA emulator which can emulate link cable multiplayer games over the internet?

havent really looked into it, but theres something called vba link that does something like that.

a cool thing about the bgb link is that it works via localhost to another synced copy. Not sure what lag would do to your music sync though.

Actually, I didn't want this for music sync, but for playing Advance Wars/Gameboy Wars with a friend who lives in another state. 
But thanks muchly! I will try them both out and see how it goes.
