Hey,
I'm new here, hello smile (i've lurked for years but finally joined), and have some general questions and maybe a few about PR8 i was hoping you could answer.

1) is there a tool that i could use to audition samples without having to load up a tracker? are there any wave editors out there or something that would support .dmc file format?
2) After lurking a bit i've found RJDMC and ssrc, but as far as i can tell, they're command-line tools. would i be able to audition with them?
3) Any tips/tricks/resources aside from the manual for PR8?

whoops!! after waiting a while, RJDMC loaded and it's a GUI app! Nice! I guess i should actually extract it smile

make a card with shortcuts written down and never use a save state with N8.
