• game genies and Action replay carts
• Robopon
• Sachen games
• Wisom tree games
Next up is probably:
• Various EMS carts and other flash carts (bleep bloop, smartboy, fighter cart etc)
• Game Shark save game save unit thing.

Ah! I heard about that sonar before but never saw it... That thing is huge! 
There are also dev carts, like the socketed version of the DMG Test Cart. I own one. You can see more here:
