I was trying to post Soundcloud link to music section but ended up having to upload the MP3 as there was nowhere to put the link. I am on Mac and Firefox maybe this is why, is there a URL posting system otherwise? it suggests so, it says "A File or URL is required" so i guess so

the url only works for if you are linking to an mp3 file directly, if i remember correctly...

The music section is for *uploading* music files. Like how Imgur is for uploading images and youtube is for uploading videos.
