I'm considering this mod with LOCA for my GBC but I don't like the blue-ish LEDs that come with it. Does anyone know the size/type of LED these use? Any pictures of how they're mounted? I'd like to change them out for pure white LEDs.

I believe the front light panels that Kitsch sources use SMD LEDs.
I figured they probably do but any specifics on size/type? Any reason these LEDs can't be changed out due to the way they're installed in this "kit"?
Rip open the foil tape and find out.
