I have, but only in photos. Without the floppy though, it would be useless and I don't even have that disk image in my "thought-to-be-complete" ROMset.

As a Moog and Commodore lover gotta say wow!! I hope one day I will come across one! I will start looking for the software in case I ever do. What I found so far are it included a version of Dr T software and good news that's it is not super rare. Thanks for sharing!!!
