If you were up at 6:30 AM you may have seen this segment on NBC's Today promoting the Chiptunes Dance Party- the footage shown is from last year's event where Oxygenstar and I played. Enjoy the color commentary. Apparently we "mix [the chiptunes] in a DJ".
And if you're in town, make sure to go to tonight's event at The Brick! Oxygenstar, Knife City, Goferboy, and sylcmyk will be playing!

That lady had a vast knowledge of music technology. Had I realized I just had to put chiptunes in a DJ before now, life would have been easier.

Yeah what that lady said... it's like they weren't even trying. My favorite part is when they make really ditzy faces, like to make it clear that they have no idea what they are talking about.
Of course the arent trying ITS MORNING WEEKEND LOCAL NEWS.
