I download xpmck, but my PC (Win XP) not open it, what else can I download to make MML (for gameboy)?

XPMCK is the only way to make gameboy music via MML
Your PC should open it fine! You might need to read the manual. I'd be happy to help if you still can't get it working.

Johan has released LSD2MML http://littlesounddj.com/lsd/latest/lsd2mml/ can this soft be emulated on Windows? Anebody used LSD2MML?

The downside to XPMCK is unless you modify the source code you are stuck with a minimum note length of 32. Of course, you can always modify the souce code.
