I think there is more than one cheapshot also
This kiiiiinda made my life.
7 years or so ago friends of mine "were" a band called factor-8.
they released 3 records (indie) in the span on 5 years.
then some 16y/o kids who have a lawyer as a father attempted
to sue them. they had no legal recourse, since my friends never
copywrited their name, and the kids did that right away. so factor-8
is now some dumb kids. my friends band broke up over the incident.
a real shame since they were pretty good, and well know in steubenville/pittsburgh.
super paper mario stole pixls from me. that fuckin game.
but no one else has Chromacle. though there is the occasional google confusion with ChromaCL :\
I Am Young Driel
Some rapper kid from Detroit
(listen to 0:14 of the 2nd track)
also I totally tweeted something with the #IAYD hashtag about it not being hip hop and i got a couple of hip-hop related followers, lolwut.
Not a band, but....

Yeah, the money was great back then, but now I've turned to chiptune to pay the bills.
There are several people with the same name as me in the music business as a whole, to a point that I wanted a stage name throughout the 90's ("but your real name is so cool!") This also does interesting things to my credit report on a regular basis because the beaureaus can't be bothered to cross reference or double check anything but I digress.
I usually have one or two links on the first page when I google for "chunter," that's good enough for me.
i've never heard of anyone else using infradead for music. but some guys doing linux stuff bought up infradead.com and infradead.org about a month before i tried to. knew i should not have procrastinated so long
just figured out they have an IRC channel.. registered my nick with nick serv and am now idling in it..
