Why are two different things playing on the video and the audio streams?
I chose the Europe stream if it makes any difference

I'm not sure about the video, but the audio should have about 2 seconds of delay between what's happening here and what you hear.

Again there could be a delay on ustream, it's not totally realtime as there are a lot of factors going into the mix. It's not our end, but hey, ITS FREE.
