Kiva is a great organization that helps people by allowing you to lend small amounts of money ($25) to those who need it in third-world countries. Those people take small loans which allow them to get their business started, building the economy in these countries! I started a Chipmusic team on kiva so that we can track the efforts of the chipscene in this initiative. Check it out and do some good!
