A gray world of dread

I've been driving one of those for a while, and various other (classic) Mini incarnations. My father is a fan.
My work is so close that a car isn't really practical, so all I'm driving now are standard VWs when I have to visit a customer. I have to say, all the technical gizmos in modern cars are very convenient, but driving old cars is way more fun. And I'm more comfortable driving them, without the whole electronics between me and the street.

All it needs is some tinted windows and a slammin' sound system.

Here was my favorite car ever, until a drunk driver decided to ruin all my fun:

1997 Mirage
custom turbo
198 whp
199 trq
sleepy car central
not bad for a car that had 108 hp from the factory. and yup all my friends did their cars pink.

Then I had this a little after that car

it looked the this when I bought it ^^

1987 corolla GT-S
I did the levin conversion.
I sold it because I really wanted to start play more shows live, and that car fit nothing for gear..  sad but the thing handled like a go cart.

I had other cars, but these were my favs.

My motorsport is vicariously through a friend of mine or through television. I drive a family sedan the screams "boring" to most people so if I ever could afford to do anything to it, it'd define "sleeper" in an instant.  I'd rather spend that kind of money on music gear, though.

If I could afford it, though, I'd much rather do karting than street racing.

I see you guys have a thing for tiny cars

805HP, 1,000lb-ft of torque from electricity. that means 1000lb of torque at 0rpm. This shits crazy.

That needs the Tron lightcycle effect! I'd feel better with a wider wheelbase or shorter car.
